MCPA is committed to treating performers, staff, volunteers, and other members of our indoor percussion & winds community with dignity and respect. All MCPA participants are required to uphold high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. MCPA has adopted the same protocol and procedures for background checks and the completion of the "SafeSport™️ Trained" Abuse Prevention course as WGI.
